Purchases are final. Please be sure you have ordered correctly as we cannot change orders once they have been shipped. Purchases are not returnable for refund unless damaged and/or the wrong products through the fault of Empire of Delight. If the purchase is damaged please follow the shipper’s guidelines or Empire of Delight will be unable to honour the reimbursement or replacement of the damaged goods.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Gift baskets, wedding favours, custom-made soaps, body butter scented with your personal fragrance...it's all possible, and would be a pleasure.

We use the finest ingredients designed to care for your skin and have never had reports of any reactions to any products. This however, doesn’t mean some people won’t be sensitive to certain ingredients. A good rule of thumb is the fewer the ingredients the milder the product. If in doubt please contact us. We’ve done a lot of research into the ingredients we use and could help you make an informed decision.

SHIPPING:

All orders are usually shipped the day of order and never longer than 3 business days. During very high temperatures products can be soft or greasy upon delivery. This is always a result of the high natural ingredients and a bit of time in the refrigerator will fix them.
